Hi, I’m Patrick, and I build IT that makes teams productive and AI-native.

Over the past 15 years, I've built global teams from scratch, led Microsoft 365, Copilot, Anthropic and OpenAI rollouts, deployed ServiceNow ITSM in under six months, owned Atlassian, Miro, Neat, Logitech, Telekom, Vodafone and negotiated vendor contracts down by up to 70%.

My strongest area is the space between business, technology, security and people. Understanding how teams actually work, translating requirements into processes, and making the impact of IT and security measurable. AI and security depend on people as much as technology, so I treat both as change challenges.

Previously, I was Head of Digital Workplace & AI at valantic in Munich. Before that, I led a global Digital Workplace team at Lilium across Collaboration, Endpoint Management, Global ServiceDesk and ServiceNow ITSM, covering four domains across three continents with a multi-million EUR budget.

I am a former 3x Microsoft MVP for M365 and Microsoft Teams (2023-2024, 2024-2025, 2025-2026), which I’m still incredibly proud of.

I studied IT-Security and finished as a Bachelor of Science. In the past, I achieved the ITIL Foundation certificate, SC-900 Microsoft Security - Compliance and Identity Fundamentals, Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, OKR-Coach and finished my first Harvard Course called "Developing Yourself as a Leader."

I also love creating graphics and content for the best possible IT experience & helping people to boost their skills in technology. To make my content, I mostly use Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Audition, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Procreate and Cinema 4D.
