Hi, I’m Patrick, and I have over 13 years of experience in collaboration & productivity tools to build a great employee experience such as SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, Zoom, WebEx, Slack, Notion, Confluence, Jira, and Egnyte. But also in ITSM around ServiceNow and Endpoint Management with SCCM, Intune and Jamf.

Currently, I am Head of Digital Workplace & AI in Munich, but I have been also been a technology project and change manager for many years, implementing IT-Security solutions such as the Microsoft Defender Suite.

I studied IT-Security and finished as a Bachelor of Science.

In the past, I achieved the ITIL Foundation certificate, SC-900 Microsoft Security - Compliance and Identity Fundamentals, Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, OKR-Coach and finished my first Harvard Course called "Developing Yourself as a Leader."

I also love creating graphics and content for the best possible IT experience & helping people to boost their skills in technology. To make my content, I mostly use Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Audition, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Procreate and Cinema 4D.
