AI is here to stay, and Copilot for Microsoft 365 is a perfect match for many. But how should you "pitch it" internally? That's what I have been working on for quite some time. In the following 20 slides below, you'll find everything you need to get started with your pitch deck.

Slide 1 & 2 is the intro. Every presentation needs that, no doubt. It also includes another well-respected view on why Copilot is needed from Gartner.

Slides 3,4 and 5 are a short overview of Copilot for Microsoft 365. Depending on the time you have, you might want to trim it a little.

Slides 6,7 and 8 answer the question about GDPR, security, and legal constraints working with Copilot. If you are working in a company with a worker's council, it is a topic that needs to be covered for sure.

Slides 9 to 19 show how to increase the chances of getting the best out of Copilot and quantify that with results with ROI that management can understand. Slide 18 specifically is the short version of Slide 10 - 17 and can be used instead of those when you do have not that much time with your audience.

Slide 20 is the outro, but I would recommend going back to Slide 19. To me, the killer slide shows the value of Copilot. You should change the numbers based on your location.
